Dr Wendy Russell an established Chiropractor, working closely within our team to help maintain a unique collaboration to benefit the community of Parnell and Central Auckland region.

A strong desire to help others.

Wendy is often described as approachable and personable. She’s an attentive listener; it brings her great joy to share laughter with those she serves. Her passion is to exhaust every possibility to help you reach your goals; and to reach those aims in an efficient and rapid way.

Originally from the rural town of Hampshire in the UK, Wendy moved to Auckland in 2012. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2016 from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.

Wendy has worked for over 15 years in the field of sports rehabilitation, including notable basketball, rugby league,

hockey and soccer teams, among others, revelling in the sporting area.

Preferring a collaborative approach, Wendy has worked for a variety of chiropractic practices, building her own practice 8 years ago, as well as working for several Chiropractic practices as a locum in New Zealand. Along the way, she’s mastered the art of myofascial release therapies and other chiropractic techniques and is a member of the New Zealand Chiropractic Association.

When not in practice, Wendy spends time with her family on the north shore of Auckland. She enjoys hiking around the world, and recently completed a trip of a lifetime to Base Camp Everest. Sadly, unable to complete, her experience of the Nepalese culture was life changing.  When not hiking, she can be found enjoying the weekends renovating, or out zipping around the countryside via motorcycle, spending weekends with friends on the open road.  She is often found on the football field with her kids, assisting with her youngest's football training.
