EMSELLA® Program (Pelvic Floor Reset)
Goal: strengthen pelvic floor + improve bladder control. Typical protocol: ~30 minutes per session; a common course is 6 sessions, often scheduled twice per week (your plan may vary).
You stay fully clothed and sit comfortably while the device delivers pelvic floor stimulation.

EMsculpt® Program (Core + Glute Strength)
Goal: rebuild core strength, glute power, and trunk stability.
Plan: personalised based on your goals (postpartum, return-to-training, injury prevention, posture/stability).

VIP Combined Program (Pelvic Floor + Core)
Best for clients who want “leak-free confidence” and a stronger core foundation—especially postpartum or if you’ve had long-standing pelvic instability.
Clinical regimens combining abdominal/core stimulation with pelvic floor–focused sessions have been studied with improvements reported in function and quality-of-life measures.
What to expect?
You’ll feel strong contractions (pelvic floor or core), but it’s non-invasive and no needles.
Many clients describe it as intense but very tolerable—and sessions are quick.
For best outcomes, we often pair treatment with chiropractic adjustments and simple pelvic floor coaching (timing and technique)
because pelvic floor training is a recognised first-line strategy in many care pathways.
